Ace Space Indoor Play & Party Centre

“Our friends and I had a wonderful time with our families today at this Playcentre. Our kids are aged from 16 months to 9 years old and there was plenty of fun play spaces, something for all ages. Lunch focaccia and wraps were excellent and reasonably priced. The staff member that was working was excellent - she was attentive, efficient and firm when she needed to be, with older kids playing in the under 3 area and playing very roughly. I saw her constantly cleaning the dining area, checking play areas and serving behind the counter. I’ve become used to seeing staff in retail store ignore customers while they look at their personal phones. Seeing this staff member work so well, with attentiveness and empathy, really impressed me. I also like the layout, it’s big enough to have something for most ages, and small enough to manage children and keep an eye on them. This is the third time I’ve come to this Playcentre and it was a great experience. I highly recommend it. If you want your kids to have loads of fun in a comfortable and manageable environment, this is the place to be at!”

“There were enough play-things for our 3 and a half year old, but the experience was severely soured by a group of adults being way too boisterous on the play equipment which made our son too frightened to really be able to use most of the equipment. To their credit, the staff made announcements, but they were ignored. On a side note, the staff were lovely and were doing what they could. These other adults were assisting their children in climbing over all of the equipment (despite the no climbing signs) and themselves were bouncing and throwing their kids around. Sure, if it's just your family then whatever, but other families have paid to play here too and you're preventing their play and making it dangerous for them. The place is also not super clean... -Edit- A few more announcements have been made by staff. The staff, again, are doing a good job - but these issues above are safety concerns for the smaller kids. As for the bigger kids continually being allowed to head into the 3 and under section by their respective adults, despite multiple announcements - perhaps wristbands could be provided. An announcement such as "Only children with an orange wristband can play in this section" or similar....”
