The Site provides information about family-friendly activities, venues and attractions across Australia. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or use automated means to extract data from the Site without our written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
• Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our permission.

The Site displays information about venues and activities sourced from third-party services including the Google Places API. While we endeavour to keep this information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness or currency of venue details, including opening hours, ratings, pricing, addresses and contact information.
• The availability, quality or safety of any venue or activity listed on the Site.
• Changes made by venue operators that have not yet been reflected on the Site.

We strongly recommend verifying details directly with the venue before visiting, particularly for opening hours and any special requirements. Ratings and reviews displayed on the Site are sourced from Google and reflect the opinions of third-party users, not Family Action.

5. User Content

If you submit content to the Site (such as reviews, comments or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that we consider inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of Family Action or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Venue photos displayed on the Site are sourced from Google Places and are subject to Google’s terms and conditions. Photo attributions are displayed where provided by Google.

7. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements from third-party advertisers and advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in any advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers, including any purchases, are solely between you and the advertiser. We do not endorse any products or services advertised on the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including venue websites and Google Maps. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
