The slots are hourly so be prepared and either book in advance online with your chosen timeslot or give yourself plenty of time to buy tickets and sign a waiver in person. I purchased tickets in person and there was a surcharge to use the eftpos machine. The participants can grab a lifejacket 5 mins before the starting time. There is a shaded area opposite with tables and benches to place your towels/ belongings (at your own risk). There are lifeguards on duty. They do a safety briefing before the session commences. The kids had the best time. They asked to go again.

“Took my 13y/o grandson visiting from abroad, niece, her 2 girls their friends. First visit for all was great fun. Staff were pretty good, check-in quick & easy. Plenty of lifeguards about & anti-slip socks a must for adults. limited seating for supervising kids on the water so recommend bringing your own fold-up chairs, in case. Parking, shaded seating & showers 50 metres away opposite lifejacket area. Thumbs up.”

“I've taken my kids and their friends here twice now and both times they've had the best time! The lifeguards are encouraging to the kids to give things a go too, which is great! Definitely a fun activity for kids and adults ☺️”
