“Bounce Geelong didn’t disappoint. We celebrated my child’s 7th birthday with a small handful of friends. Our host, Ella was brilliant in crowd control and wasn’t afraid to ask the kids to tone it down so they were listening. Throughout the day our possessions and gifts were mistakenly taken by another family. I forget her name and I assume she was the lead manager, went above and beyond to communicate and update us while she found a reasonable solution. This resulted in our things being found and even went to the home of the other family to collect and return. It’s fair to say that we were slightly panicked but her reassurance was refreshing. We are so grateful her efforts and the extra extra long playtime the kids got. We honestly didn’t expect much at all but can truely appreciate all she did. We learnt a valuable lesson ourselves and in future we will make sure we pack all possessions in the car, regardless of whether it’s offered to store. Thank you to all involved, the day ended on a positive and a bunch of very happy and tired kids 😊 well done.”

“Surprisingly good value for money. Staff here are genuinely engaged, especially around the treetop and rock wall areas. A big shout-out to the frizzy-haired guy supporting kids on the walls. He helped my shy 6-year-old feel confident enough to have a real go, which meant a lot. Food is priced fairly (no urge to sneak off to McDonald’s), facilities are clean, and the place feels well-run. Only minor feedback: fix the free Wi-Fi, and please sell noise-cancelling headphones for parents who forgot theirs. All up: clean, supportive, good value, and great staff. Recommended.”

“All round good fun . We did the hour session over school holidays. My kids had never been before it was relaxed and fun. Greated by fun n friendly staff members who were able to chat to the kids. Good food that is affordable for big families. The kids had the best hour and were whiped out after our session. The sky walk was a great challenge. So much to do and happy tired kids. Great music good vibes. Walked away happy.”

“Fun experience for young & old. My 12 yr old daughter attended a birthday party @ Bounce Geelong & it was amazing. Fun filled fun for 2 hours straight. The staff were capable & social with the kids Great work guys. I will be having my next party there.”
