“I was searching for a local indoor play centre and came across Chipmunks Playland, and honestly it has been such a wonderful find for our family. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can truly feel the difference compared to other places I have visited where the atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. Here, everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable straight away. Even on days when I am feeling a little overwhelmed, the team here instantly lifts my mood. They are always kind, cheerful, and genuinely caring. As a parent, that warmth means so much and makes the whole experience even more special. The centre itself is bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up. My 2.5 year old son had an absolute blast and did not want to leave. Everything feels safe, organised, and designed with kids in mind. To be honest, I think I might have had just as much fun as he did. The food also deserves a mention. It is fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. My daughter especially loved the fairy bread. The staff are always attentive and on the go, making sure everyone is happy and looked after. For once, I actually felt like I could sit down and take a breath while my kids enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a fun and welcoming play centre.”

“Love the new look playcentre, we celebrated my daughters birthday here the staff were great to deal with and on the day very supporting during the whole process leading up to her big day. The play equipment is top state of the art it’s huge with many different areas and a big toddler section as well and a separate ball pit area. The party rooms are great as well highly recommended and price point is good as well. Will def be back”

“We private hired the venue for our kids joint birthday and we were beyond impressed. Having the entire centre to ourselves was incredible. Not to mention the staff who were so attentive to every moment. The centre is clean, vibrant and there’s so many interactive games for kids to engage in. We will definitely be back and highly recommend doing this!”
