Chipmunks Playland & Café Loganholme

“Held my daughter's 4th birthday party here over the weekend and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff I dealt with in the run up to the day and on the day, were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. As there were no bookings before or after our daughter's party, they let us access the party room for as long as we liked which was amazing and also provided a quiet space for parents and kids who needed a time out from all the fun. The set up was great - I bought balloons and table decorations but apart from the balloons, nothing was needed - the throne chairs were an especially nice touch and made our 'princess' feel even more like royalty. The food was also great - just nuggets, chips and juice, but all fresh and not greasy. I also ordered a sandwich platter for the adults and they were delicious and very generous. Other touches that were appreciated were the ability to add guests additional to those in the base package on the day so we didn't pay for kids that didn't turn up, we could use outside venue socks, and the birthday girl received a birthday certificate and a free pass to return - unfortunately we think this got thrown out though. There was a small incident involving another child - not from our party - who decided it would be fun to pee over the top of the tower onto one of the lower levels and make a mess, but once the staff were alerted, they closed off the area for cleaning and sorted it out. That's not on Chipmunks though, it's on the child's parents for not supervising their children or reporting the incident themselves(!). Thanks Chipmunks - we'll be back, maybe even for another party!”

“BRING SOCKS! Adults & Kids (including babies), I didn’t know & had to buy some ($9 for 2 adult & 1 kid, you get to keep them). It was amazing for our 10 month old. So clean. FREE for under 1 & Adults. Aircon was perfect & more aircon was being installed for the top area (saw reviews about it being hot up there). Will be going back multiple times a week to let bub burn energy & get social with the other kids. Also the 2 areas for different age kids was perfect, babies/under 4 area was nice & big, unlike other places where it’s just a ball pit.”

“Went for my son's 2nd birthday. He absolutely had a ball. A ball pit with an interactive screen, slides, everything was foam covered and safe for little ones. Two separate area's for kid's. Cafe was normally priced, not over expensive. Staff were friendly and meals didn't take long. A kid's meal is decently sized”
