We recently visited Chipmunks South Morang with our grandkids and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly, polite, and attentive staff who made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. Their customer service truly stood out and made the day even more enjoyable for both adults and children. The playground itself is excellent—spacious, colourful, and thoughtfully designed with a great variety of activities to suit different ages. Our grandkids were entertained for hours and didn’t want to leave! It was wonderful to see them having so much fun in a safe and well-organised environment. We were also very impressed with the food. There was a good range of options available, the meals were fresh, well prepared, and reasonably priced. It was nice to have quality food and refreshments available while the kids played, making it a relaxing experience for us as grandparents as well. One of the biggest highlights for us was the cleanliness of the entire centre. The play areas, tables, floors, and amenities were consistently clean and well maintained. It was clear that hygiene and safety are taken very seriously, which gave us great peace of mind while our grandkids were playing. Overall, Chipmunks South Morang offers the perfect combination of great food, excellent customer service, a fantastic playground, and outstanding cleaning standards. It is a wonderful place for families and grandparents alike. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again soon. 😊

“We had my little boy’s birthday party at Chipmunks and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing, super friendly and really well organised, which made the whole day stress-free. The kids had the best time and the party ran smoothly from start to finish. My little boy had an absolute blast and didn’t want it to end. Highly recommend for a kids birthday party, great service and a great experience all round!”
