“We had such a wonderful experience at Crocs Playcentre for our son’s first birthday. The team was absolutely amazing and so accommodating from start to finish. They allowed us to come in early to set up, which made a huge difference, and were incredibly flexible on the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our son’s birthday special. We are so thankful to the team for going above and beyond to cater to our event. “DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLAY CENTRE I am genuinely shocked this centre is allowed to operate in its current condition. It needs to be closed down or undergo new management and a complete refurbishment immediately. Every single surface was dirty including the playground equipment, the tables, the bathrooms and even the food ordering counter. The balls scattered around the play areas were foul and broken. I cannot believe my baby had one in his mouth. The under 4s area was completely unsafe. The jumping castle was torn everywhere, had holes and did not hold its shape. My baby actually sank when getting on it and when I checked and got on myself, I hit concrete underneath. There were only two large soft play pieces for babies and both were ripped. Right next to the large jumping castle was exposed concrete that was not covered by mats. The mats nearby were extremely thin with concrete clearly underneath. There was also exposed concrete in other parts of the under 4 area. This is a serious safety hazard. When we arrived there was only one other group with three children. Despite this, the table next to us was never cleaned the entire time we were there which was over 2.5 hours. It had crumbs, an empty coffee mug and food on the floor. The mug was eventually taken away but the table and floor were never cleaned. We made the mistake of ordering wedges because we were hungry. After ringing the bell and waiting to order we then waited 25 minutes for food despite being the only customers there. I had to return to the counter multiple times because no one was present. The only staff member kept saying “2 more minutes” even though she was not in the kitchen and no one else appeared to be working. Eventually a man arrived and I explained we were still waiting. The food finally came out with no plates and when we asked we were given two plates for four people. The sour cream looked more like tartare sauce and was discoloured on top. We did not feel comfortable eating it and did not let the kids finish because we no longer trusted the hygiene standards. To make matters worse there was no soap in the bathroom. The two hand sanitiser bottles at the front desk were both empty. The bathrooms themselves were filthy. That alone says everything about the level of hygiene here. All the benches at the Cafe were filthy and the coffee machine milk wand hadn’t been cleaned! Disgusting. The children were visibly filthy when we left. Our three year olds were literally black from dirt. We frequent play centres and never have they ever left like that. There was no one at the front desk when we left so there was no opportunity to raise these concerns in person. We had to see ourselves out. This centre is dirty, poorly managed and unsafe. Families deserve better. We are genuinely disgusted and cannot believe we stayed as long as we did.”

“What happened to crocs play Center??? Was there for a family member bday party they hired the whole play Center for 2 hours over $1000.... And this is how filthy the place was...... considering how much was payed for a private hire I would have expected the bathrooms to be cleaned before hand..... wooden floors are sooo filthy doesn't look like wood, black and white floors so bad need to be deep cleaned with a scrubbing machine (mind you I come from a cleaning background with over 10+ years experience) can tell bathrooms mirrors and sinks were not cleans for a VERY long time the build up on it was disgusting, I even cleaned half the sink with my wipes to show the difference... Don't wanna know what the kitchens like.... Spoke to the owner and he was shocked I referred to the bathrooms as filthy no apology just excuses made said he cleaned the toilet bowls only..... NOT GOOD ENOUGH They need to hire professional cleaners to deep clean the place properly! Hope parents ain't still taking their kids to this place.... FYl jumping castle also falling apart!”
