“This has been our local go to for movies for about 5 years now and we love coming here! I love the theatre rooms, the snacks and drinks are great and the hot food they do at the front is really yummy, their gold class is lovely as well, and their staff are always so so lovely! We’ve always had a lovely experience here but Ayla was the one who prompted me to write this. We came in last night to see a movie and we were under the impression we had two people but did end up having a third person join, and normally I’m pretty organised coming in to see a movie but I just finished work and none of us knew what we were doing hahaha! Lots of ums and ahs and figuring out what we were doing at the counter while Ayla was helping, and she was so lovely, didn’t make us feel rushed or stressed at all and helped us to sort all our tickets and snacks out! It may feel like a small thing for some, but honestly I think the way you are treated makes such a difference to your experience and Ayla was so lovely and really made our night, thank you for your patience, friendliness and smooth service to help us enjoy our movie, it doesn’t go unnoticed :)”
