“Would have been 5 of one of the -4,000,000 staff members hadn't kept interrupting while I was trying to ask a question. Not his fault as he's directes to speed things up. However it's not my problem there were 3 visible staff members on for 100's of people”

“MOULDY Young lady at the front desk very helpful. Entering cinema 3 the musty, mouldy smell is overwhelming. Sitting here with material over my face. Hopefully I don’t get sick. Tickets are too expensive for this low standard of customer care.”
