“We visited the Castle Hill Event Cinemas Gold Class to watch the new Wicked movie, but I accidentally booked our session for Parramatta instead. The supervisor, Maya, was an absolute lifesaver! She went above and beyond to fix the booking and made sure my family and I were still able to enjoy our night without any stress. Her kindness and professionalism really made the whole experience exceptional. The cinema itself was super comfortable as always, but Maya’s help took it to another level. “Super comfortable high-end environment to watch Avatar3. The young man who served us both today was super helpful and professional and he delivered our wine exactly when promised. He even gave us a few ideas of where to have lunch after the movie, which we acted upon. Very impressed!”

“Tried gold class here last night for the first time. It was quite underwhelming. When we walked in, a through clean hadn’t even done, there was still popcorn and crumbs on the seats and the floor. The recliners were noisy, every time someone adjusted one, you could hear the noise all the way through the theatre. We had a 9:10 session, but you couldn’t order any more drinks and they give you soft drinks in a ridiculously small glass, as opposed to what you get in the normal theatre. You don’t realise the need for hydration until you’re eating salted popcorn. Towards the end of the movie, I was just counting down till it ends so we could leave and get drinks from outside. Considering you’re paying almost 5 times extra, it’s not really a gold class experience. Definitely needs a refurbishment”
