1 / 2Event Cinemas - Liverpool
π Liverpool, NSW
Event Cinemas Liverpool offers some of the most affordable movie tickets in south-western Sydney with V-Max screens and Cinebuzz discounts. Facilities are consistently described as outdated, smelly, and poorly maintained.
Nice place to go with friends and family. However, the vibe not really there, prices for entertainment snacks overpriced and it costs to watch a movie. The cinema theatre room do smell unpleasant and it is been like this for a while now doesn't seem there's a cleaning is happening, this puts health concerns for attendees. Cinema 3d glasses not good causes you eye burns, either you were and adopted or take it off to see the unclear screen. This leaves you to an option of either going if really want a close cinema by you on the time you want to watch or choose a better quality and service place that offers all you need for the same or better prices. This review is for the cinemas integrity to look after its community rather than focusing on the more of pocket saving or charges keeps going higher. Has it been same all these years? No, they did renovations and added screens to assist in purchasing tickets online and viewing best what movies available which makes it easier for you if unsure of which movie to watch you can go always to what's new and recommended by viewers. Overall, the cinema is an average for its old theatres, they might be more focused on the Max theatre which is leaving the other theatres in this situation, however, requires attention.
π Family Action Verdict
The ticket pricing is the most compelling argument for this cinema β for families on a tight entertainment budget, it delivers a movie at the lowest available cost in the area. The trade-off is real: persistent odour in multiple auditoriums, aging seats in poor repair, and inconsistent cleanliness across the complex.

βMovie ticket prices is probably the best pros from here. Other than that, the cinema venue could use some work - place looks really outdated, self-kiosk machines are mostly broken and the bathroom and cinema seats are pretty dirty. Not the worst cinemas out there but one of the cheapest for sure πβ

βCinema 11 was good when it came to cleanliness and seating, but Cinema 7 was disappointing. The old seats and unpleasant odor, along with the lack of cleanliness, really spoiled the experience. They definitely need to be more consistent with maintenance. On a positive note, the staff were really friendly.πΊβ
