“My two little girls and I recently visited, and they loved it! We were a little disappointed that the rock climbing was closed, but a staff member who was cleaning happily opened it up for us. She was so great with my daughters, Tanika and Annie. I had a really nice chat with her; I think her name was Amelia (though I'm not 100% sure). She was super friendly and easy to talk to. The reception staff were also amazing! My girls especially loved the ninja course. I definitely recommend Flip Out and will be back. Great job!”

“I was there last weekend with my kids. They loved the space. Trampoline equipment looked safe, good options for arcade games as well. There are different areas to keep kids engaged. We really enjoyed Clip and Climb in particular. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Space was clean. Would definitely visit again.”

“Had 2 birthday parties at this venue, the first one went well, so we booked the second one. The staff said the 28th Feb only has 4pm section available so we booked for 1st March. Nothing mentioned to us about that the promotion including water bottles and 10% discount were only for Feb parties. We have been communicating about attendance, extra orders and I asked them to put the water bottles aside coz I would like to put them into lollibags which was confirmed by the staff on 27th Feb. however on the day, they told me there was no water bottles or 10% discount for March parties. Very shocked and disappointed, several staffs tried to help resolve this , saying this is from headquarter not them, they didn’t know about it either. They urged me to pay in full or they would not serve food to our 22 kids in the party. Got their manager’s phone number and he was nice to provide 10% at last. But we are really unhappy about this experience, we will not visit anymore. For anyone would like to have birthday party here, I would not say it is totally negative. It is a fun place for kids. Consider below: First, the room is not big enough if your guests are over 20, second it is quite hot coz there is no aircon, just a fan which is not on most of times; third, very crowded during the lunch time of weekends in the party area. The most important thing is:pls double check the package before you book, better from the manager Kabul directly. BTW:Fruit platter is 75 dollars which is not worth.”
