“I booked a two-hour session from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. However, at around 2:00 pm, a staff member repeatedly came to my kids and asked them to leave, saying their time was over. I had to explain multiple times that we arrived at 12:30 pm and that 2:30 pm was already marked on their wristbands. Despite this, they continued asking us to leave early. This created unnecessary confusion and disrupted the kids’ experience. Flip Out management should ensure staff are properly trained to check session times before asking customers to leave.”

“My son was invited to a birthday party here recently. Point 14 of the liability waiver you must sign to gain entry is flawed, as Flip Out cannot remove any liability for injury or death from themselves where there is negligence on their part. The photos attached to this review show that there are many areas of the centre that need to be repaired, with way too much masking tape being used to hold things together. If someone injured themselves as a result of these below standard repairs, the fault would lie with Flip Out. I also provided written notice that I didn’t wish my son’s image to be used for advertising purposes, as advised on the waiver, and the two teenagers on reception had no clue what I was doing. I would recommend the staff read the waiver and understand it as part of their induction. The centre could do with a clean, repairs made, and the toilets cleaned a little more regularly.”
