“We met up with some new friends and their young kids for a play date. We did an hour session and all the kids got all the energy out with all of the trampoline obstacles that they had to offer! There is lots of seating area for parents and I could see a few buirthdays unfolding at this place so it’s Very nice all rounded entertainment area for your energetic children!”

“Went here for my daughter’s second birthday. The venue is definitely a fun place for children and I appreciate how they provided good items for her guests to snack/eat. Unlimited water and cordial too. However, some improvements can be made in terms of customer service and maintenance/renovation of the venue. We were at party room 5 which was behind the jump zones. While heading there we passed by the jump areas and unfortunately the storage area below the areas were visible and not really pleasing to see. Some parts were covered with black cloth which was great, but majority of it wasn’t. Some cloth were also torn and coming apart. Our party room was also beside some toy claw machines and extra tables, which made us feel like we were put in a back room. These were rather disappointing, given the $ we paid to book the party too. Hopefully they can improve on these! This place overall has great potential! The lady who welcomed us to the venue also didn’t seem welcoming at all and was a bit rude when we arrived.”

“My grandson had a good time 17.50 for one hour was good value considering there was almost one employee watching each section. That makes it totally worth it I do hope you can get an air-conditioning service as your vents are pretty clogged. Thats my only negative from our experience”
