Literally one of the BEST play centres I've ever gone to. Price: look it is expensive but I personally can see the value behind it. If you're looking for a budget experience, this is not it. Front desk: is a little disorganised in terms of people everywhere, no proper line, people pushing in with it not being managed but once you get the the front desk the service is amazing. Inside: it's huge! So much to do for the kids. Suitable for toddlers, kids and teens! You can entertain your whole family there. The place is SO clean! The standard of cleanliness is second to none. The staff at the train and cars 10/10 super friendly and helpful and the girl on shift was super sweet she says that she puts unique little drawings on the kids licenses so she can see who has come through to see her before, I actually thought that was adorable and felt like she actually really cared not only about her job but making everyone feel special. (I'm so sorry, I didn't get her name). Definitely an asset to the team though. Suggestion: more seating areas of at all possible, it was school holidays granted it was school holidays. Managing the front desk area a bit better. Cafe: great options to cater to everyone Would highly recommend! Great job!

🏆 Family Action Verdict

A strong pick for families with children aged 2–12 who want variety under one roof — trampolines, rides, climbing, and arcade games cover most age groups simultaneously. The halal food offering makes it accessible to a wider range of families. Front desk management can get disorganised during peak periods; arriving before the crowds eases check-in.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Arrive early during school holidays — the front desk gets congested once the queues build
Grip socks are required for trampoline zones and can be purchased at the venue
🎟️The cafe serves halal food including pizza — order early to avoid a wait during busy sessions
🚗Staff have been known to add personalised touches like custom drawings for kids — worth mentioning if it's a special occasion

Best play area! We went there last week and the gorgeous Madina helped us out she was absolutely wonderful, as were all the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The place is very clean and there’s so much for everyone to do. We had such a great experience and honestly won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which was impeccably clean and very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. All the food options are halal, ensuring dietary requirements are met. The pizza was particularly delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and flavorful toppings.
