Very extensive playground at Aintree. Right next to the main sports oval. Unique in that it has water jets coming out the ground in a few areas so great on a hot day. Massive slides which has ropes to access but also stairs for ease of access. There is a generous undercover area with a bbq for entertaining. All round one of the best parks due west of Melbourne check it out!

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with kids across a wide age range — toddlers through primary school. The water jets make it a standout destination on hot days, and the covered BBQ areas support extended family gatherings. Kids wanting active challenge gravitate to the tower climbs; younger ones find the sandpit and water channels absorbing for long stretches.

“Very new, nicely planned and built, the kids love the tall towers and net bridge between. Many chairs and rocks under the trees so there are ample places to sit in shade for sunny days. Close to the neighborhood center so an easy pop over for shopping or cafe or meal. Ice cream van does the rounds here so be prepared for the ask!”
