Our family visited Holey Moley for the first time on Saturday 15/02 and had such a great time. It was very busy with lots of parties and kids around, which we completely understood the excitement and kids exploring is all part of the fun, and it didn’t bother us as kids will be kids. What really stood out to us was how well the staff handled everything. They were incredibly polite, understanding, and very apologetic when children from other parties wandered onto our course. The staff kindly asked them to move on so we could continue playing, which we really appreciated as it showed they cared about everyone being able to enjoy their time. The staff were fantastic and made the experience even better for our family. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you.

Best for school-age kids and teens who enjoy creative, photo-worthy experiences. The themed holes are genuinely inventive and suit groups who like taking their time.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Ask staff to explain the full course process at check-in β€” ball return at hole 9 and colour-coded arrows are not clearly signed
⏰Follow the coloured arrows (red, yellow, blue) from your designated starting hole β€” don't follow crowd flow
🎟️At hole 9, staff collect your ball β€” return to the counter for new balls and scorecards before continuing
πŸš—School holiday visits are busy; arrive early or mid-week to reduce wait times between holes

β€œSo much fun! Absolutely loved the creativity in every hole β€” each one has its own quirky and unique theme, which makes the game super entertaining and perfect for photos! It’s such a fun spot to hang out with friends or family, whether you're playing seriously or just having a laugh. The vibe is playful, the setup is well thought out, and the whole experience feels like a mini adventure. Highly recommend for a fun night out!”

β€œFun experience and great venue with lots of different options. The three mini golf courses were a hit with us. The teddy bear on blue course hole 8 has seen better days, but overall the holes have been maintained very well. Was busy as school holidays but didn’t feel rushed and was able to enjoy both the golfing and the fun setups of each hole. Would recommend.”

β€œVisited Holey Moley Alexandria for a fun round of 18 holes. Overall, we had an enjoyable time but parts of the check-in experience were a bit confusing for first-time visitors. After we checked in and collected our scorecard, the receptionist advised that β€œHole 9 takes your ball” but there was no information explaining that you need to return to reception to collect another token and scorecard for holes 9–18. This left me confused, as I had booked 18 holes and wasn’t sure why hole 9 would take my ball. I returned to the desk to query this and was then advised of the process, though it would have been a much smoother experience if this had been explained during check-in. We were then told to β€œhead upstairs to the Pirate Ship” which led us to the bar and seating area. The staff member wasn’t entirely wrong as the course did start at the Pirate Ship, but directions such as follow the Red, Yellow or Blue arrows would have made it much easier to find the correct starting position. The bartender upstairs was super helpful and explained the process much more clearly which made the rest of our visit smoother and more enjoyable. We really appreciated the oversized installations and creative touches on each hole throughout the game!”

Overview

Holey Moley Alexandria's three courses use a colour-coded system β€” follow the red, yellow, or blue arrows from your starting hole. At hole 9 your ball is collected; collect new balls and scorecards at the counter before continuing. The mega holes under 14-metre ceilings are the visual showpiece. The wider Alexandria venue includes escape rooms, bowling, arcade games, and laser tag for full-day visits.
