“After reading some mixed reviews about cleanliness, I was a little hesitant, but I’m really glad I gave this play café a chance. I visited first thing on a Sunday morning and it was noticeably clean, which suggests they’ve made a genuine effort to improve. The under-3s play area has been recently updated. The little play houses were clean, although they didn’t seem to be used much by the kids while we were there. It might be worth considering swapping these out for something like a jumping castle, arcade games, or even claw machines. The toilets were clean, the hot chips were delicious, indoor basketball/soccer area and there are three party rooms available. Everything appeared to be in good working order, including the ball suction machine. Overall, a positive experience.”

“Really great for having parties and well organised. Staff are very accommodating. The children had such a great time playing and the parents were happy with the foccacias, healthy platter and pizzas. There are three rooms for birthday parties.”

“This place has so much potential… But every single time we come, I find something so appallingly filthy so far beyond what should ever be in a children’s vicinity. Today it was the disgusting dirty mattress on the ‘hospital’ playhouse. I was sickened after seeing kids lie down and nestle their little faces in to this gross disgusting old bacteria-fest of a mattress. I never feel like they actually care about kids here. Someone should buy it who actually likes kids, respects hygiene and health and safety laws. Gross. Fun, but beware. When a parent gets into the playground, the nooks and crannies that parents don’t usually see are often filthy and rarely cleaned”
