Even though there was only 30 mins to close, Aaliayah was generous enough to go out of her way to head into the back and pop the machine open. Soon after she came running back with my ring. Needless to say, never had someone be willing to go above and beyond like that and I think its only fair that this sort of initiative doesnt go unnoticed. Especially from management. Aaliayah well and truly deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service.”

“Our kids love a stop at iPlay Westfield Carousel. It's always such a treat for us to stop here for an hour or so whilst shopping. They offer reasonable packages for the games and have space for kids parties including the climbing walls and bumper car section. Their arcade games machines are modern, updated and well looked after! Don't forget to redeem your tickets for some treats or toys after! 😉”

“There are plenty of games available, and some are unique to other competitors - bumper cars, clip N climb for example. A bit more assistance from the staff will be great. The games are a bit slow to load off and do finish quickly also. There is not a separate dedicated area to celebrate events like birthdays.”
