1 / 2Little Builders
π Docklands, VIC
Indoor play centre in Docklands featuring a 50sqm sandpit with 25+ tonnes of clean sand, ride-on excavators, themed construction zones, ball pit, and sensory play areas. All-day re-entry permitted. Toddler and preschool focused.
I took my 16βmonthβold son to Little Builders in Melbourne, and he absolutely loved it! Thereβs so much to explore and do β from the huge, sandy play areas filled with diggers and trucks, to the big, colourful ball pit that quickly became his favourite. Itβs the perfect spot for little ones to dig, build, and play while learning at the same time. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Little Builders to any parent looking for a fun, handsβon, and safe place to let their kids roam. We will definitely be going back as he loves it so much and didnβt want to leave.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children up to around 5 years old who want hands-on, unstructured play for an extended session. The all-day re-entry policy removes time pressure, and the ability to bring your own lunch makes it a genuinely flexible outing. Sunday mornings run quieter β the pick for children who find noisy crowded spaces overwhelming.

βWe spent 3 hours here with our 5 and 3 year old grandchildren. They really enjoyed the ball pit, and the sandpit had lots of diggers, buckets etc. The construction room also had lots to entertain them. It was great also having tables to sit at with the lunches we brought from home and the coffee they made. The staff were friendly and interacted well with the kids. A great place for young children.β

βWe visited here during one of their events and enjoyed it. Another amazing event hosted by yours truly littlebuilders π§±β¨ It was electrifying! Full of fun vibes and the best music choices for the little ones. Need a break from the dance floor? Thereβs so much more to explore. The giant sandpit, themed play zones, and sensory/soft play areas for our tiniest party people. πΆπβ
