The kids and adults too had such a great time on the play equipment, the food was great , and arcade was fun upstairs.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

The play equipment and arcade draw strong enthusiasm from children across age groups. The venue has received persistent cleanliness complaints — multiple parents report dirty ball pit balls and soiled floors, and several note children became unwell after visits. Families with infants or toddlers who crawl should weigh those reports carefully.

“Great place for kids and parents. Kids are in a safe zone & dont have acess to leaving without an adult. There's plenty for kids to run around, slide & climb on. There's a small train ride for an extra fee. The kiosk has a varied menu and gluten free options. Plenty of seating, and parking”

“The Balls are absolutely atrocious! They are extremely dirty! I took one over to the staff and asked how they are cleaned and sanitised. To my horror the staff member advised they do their best to keep them clean but have to wash them by hand and do the very dirty ones as priority taking one from behind the counter to show me what she meant. With the thousands of balls that would be in the venue this most definitely would not be considered the appropriate cleaning and sanitising process due to the large volume of balls!!!! A machine would be required!!! This can be confirmed if you google "how to wash a commercial quantity of ball pit balls" With the hand washing method not all balls will be getting the cleaning and sanitisation required. How do they know what balls have and haven't been washed? I also noticed a few other play items with the same dirty grime over them. Surely there has to be government regulations in place for a level of clenliness due to health regulations! If not i would be very surprised!!! In saying this, it is a very well set out facility with a lot of great play areas and options for the children to enjoy. The levels of cleanliness just really need to be improved!!! I would like to know what cleaning procedures are undertaken to all play equipment within the venue?”

“Over the last 3 years that I have taken my eldest to little rockets munno para, she always ends up sick less then 24 hours after being there. The place is disgustingly filthy. I took my 1 year old there yesterday (15/1/2026) and surprisingly the place is still the same. The place is filthy, it should be SHUT DOWN! The under 3 area is putrid the balls in the ball pit are black you can tell never been cleaned, and the high chair had ants on them. After tell the staff about the ants they cleaned the high chairs straight away which is good. But once again my one year old less then 24 hours after being there has been vomiting. Also the hot chips I brought were way over cooked. I thought after not going there for over a year things may have changed but no. I will NEVER go there again and people need to think twice of taking their children there.”
