“What a great place for the kids to have fun and burn off some energy. First time here and we will be back for sure. Kids are 2 and 3 and it’s safe and well maintained. Extremely clean and the service, next level. Table service for the restaurant with good food options. The pirate ship was a hit as were the endless climbing frames and slides. Thanks for offering a great environment for kids of all ages, even the big ones (adults). Well done to the lollipops team!!! Book a birthday party, we will the rooms look fun. We visited the Carrum Downs centre.”

“Wost play centre i'v ever been to as a dad. There are just a bunch of immature teenagers working for money that don't care about costumers. We had an issue with the leftovers from the party food and they didn't even give us more than one small paper bag and when we asked for a few more for the 2 large pizzas we had left over they gave a smirk and told us to just eat it here until we can fit the rest into the bags we had. We were left speechless from the way these teenagers were talking to us adults infront of our kids. Later on we talked to them about it and they said that 'this is not a take away place, so don't expect us to have or give you plastic containers. While we were discussing the situation some of the teen staff kept coming and sitting on the table next to us and trying to hide their laughter. The girl simply ended the conversation saying that were just doing our best right now and we don't care if you don't like our service or our food or if you don't like this place or service they don't care. We just work hare if you complaint about anything that's not on us, its on the owner. They Strait up blamed the owner for their mistakes and made them look bad and said that whatever happens doesn't effect them, it effects the owner so they don't care. There was 4 teenage workers working today (on a busy sunday), is didn't catch their names because they refused to give them to us but there was 3 girls and boy and they were all equally rude to the children and the adults and they were all equally immature and irresponsible.”
