π Absolutely Worth It! π We spent a truly memorable day at Magic Mountain Merimbula with our family, and I can confidently say that it was worth every minute and every dollar. With two older kids and a lively two year-old in tow, we were thrilled to find something for everyone. From the moment we arrived, it was non-stop fun, laughter, and adventure. π’ While it was a bit of a letdown that the roller coaster was undergoing heavy maintenance, the sheer variety of attractions more than made up for it. In fact, there were more rides than I remembered from previous visits! The toboggans were a massive hit as we mustβve gone down at least 15 times, and each run was just as exciting as the last. We barely squeezed in the water slides because we were so caught up enjoying everything else! π° If you're wondering whether it's good value for money.. absolutely. Compared to a trip to the movies, which can easily set us back $150 for the whole family, Magic Mountain offered a full day of entertainment, thrills, and bonding for a similar price. It felt like a genuine investment in joy. π The staff were fantastic.. friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience. A special shoutout to the lovely lady who served us lunch with a smile and a generous sprinkle of chicken salt (a small touch that made a big impression!). And to the team at the Go Karts.. thank you for your patience and care with our kids, who couldnβt get enough of those rides - so many laughs here! π₯ One moment that really stood out was seeing one of the managers leading a team huddle at the end of the day. It was a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about the culture and commitment behind the scenes. Itβs clear theyβre working hard to make Magic Mountain the best it can be. π Iβm writing this longer review because Iβve seen some negative ones that just donβt reflect our experience. This place is a gemβfun-filled, family-friendly, and run by people who genuinely care. If you're considering a visit, donβt hesitate. Magic Mountain Merimbula is a fantastic spot to make lasting memories.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids aged 1β9 who want a full day of classic carnival rides without crowds. The toboggan and water slides deliver the most value. Families with teens or those expecting a modern theme park may find the ride roster sparse. Confirm major attraction availability before the trip, especially mid-season.

βGreat spot for young kids. Feels a little old school but has its charm. Friendly staff and good facilities. Would suggest prices for 5-9 year olds should definitely be a bit cheaper than the next tier up but overall a lot of fun to be had here. Toboggan and Grand Prix cars were the favs. Bring your bathers and towels!β

βAbsolutely loved Magic Mountain! The staff were so kind and patient. We visited with 4 kids aged 1-7yrs and there were rides everyone could do. The highlight of our trip was the toboggans and the waterslides.β

βFun day! I took my family of five, children aged 17, 6 and 4 and we had such a lovely day. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rides werenβt flashy but were fun. Itβs a bit expensive for what it is - but itβs also an attraction in a regional town, youβre supporting local economy; jobs and livelihood for locals. The teenager had a good time and the rides were great for little people. They also seemed serious about safety which is a big factor.β
