Exhibit was exquisite, eclectic and very interesting. Entry fee is voluntary donation. Gold coin or more every but helps. We dined in the art gallery cafe for lunch. Air conditioned. You may have to book a table for lunch on the weekend so best to call before you go. We hadn't booked but they offered us (2 adults) the leather lounge and coffee table to dine at. Lunch was great. Reasonable price. Staff coped well seeing they weren't expecting the crowd they got that Friday.

“Exceptional family experience at the kids art workshop. All staff were welcoming, engaged and attentive and we also did the clue hunt with the kids which gave us a chance to explore the gallery. Absolutely awesome family activity and opportunity to explore Maitland arts and culture”

“A wonderful experience visiting MR AG. Like that, so artistic! It's beautiful space which also highlights many local artists. Most of the exhibits are very unique in expression. There is a restaurant inside the Maitland Regional Art Gallery is called Séraphine Café.”

“Awesome place to visit. Cafe was great, museum staff were amazing. They have kids activities which made it really enjoyable for children and parents. Highly recommend calling in here.”
