We went to Minitown today and had an amazing time! The place was well kept, clean and very entertaining for kids. There were so many different areas to play, the small details are amazing. We especially loved the train ride and the play hospital area. The menu also caters to adults which is amazing. Definitely coming back and would recommend. Absolutely love this place!

“What an amazing day! We had our daughter’s 1st birthday here and it was superb! The staff were amazing, there was so much food in the package for both the children and the adults. Lorraine and Cece were incredibly helpful and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!”

“This is the best kids play Cafe i have been to in Melbourne. You definitely need to go for a couple hours to make it worth your money. There is so much to do so many cool shops inside and dress ups the ball pit is so fun.”

“Hi MT, I have feedback for my party last weekend. The staff were great, they helped organise and was very quick to do so. I picked your venue as the colours matches our birthday theme perfectly! Everyone loved the train rides and the cameras on the dining area helped parents keep an eye on the kids without having to do all the running around. Event decorator and myself came in an hour early to decorate and they provide this access with no fuss. However I do have a couple of complaints, there was supposed to be chicken nuggets, springrolls and seafood platters but they did not come out on the night. These are big issues for us as some of my family and friends are actually pescetarians and vegans, so those options were crucial. In the end they had only a little bit of wedges and chips, which I'm not very happy about. I'm really disappointed in the lack of these options. Please if you could look into this and provide feedback? Unfortunately I have also sent a similar message to the contact we have been using to discuss all event matter with them but have not received a response. Regards, Meylinda”
