“The complex is stunning. It's an amazing space with fantastic facilities. The Hydro pool is very large and sectioned off from the main pool which makes it pleasurable. The sauna is definitely the highlight for me.”

“13/1/26 I agree with the previous review, this centre has potential. I have been frequenting this centre for around 18months. In that time water fountains were functioning poorly and took a very long time to repair. Currently 2 out of 3 locker screens arn’t available which has been weeks now (understandable over the Xmas break but to be noted). The main reason I am here giving a review is because of my last 3 visits to the centre. I re continued my membership and since then every time the last 3 times my card has not worked at the desk and the front staff continue to assure me that it will work next time. This last time I was treated like it was my fault, I was basically dismissed and my wife also. To add to it I was then charged an additional charge ontop of my current membership to enter the venue. They also forgot to give me a wristband which is essential to utilise the sauna areas which then I got asked to leave because I didn’t get given one upon entry. On my way out I asked to purchase a silicon wrist band (the centre should just add that to the membership cost initially) and was informed all centres are out of stock of wristbands…. Man oh man pick up your game guys. Once again I understand a Xmas break in supply chain maybe? But whoever is ontop of reupping supplies has dropped the ball there. Respect to the gentleman who actually asked me to leave the sauna due to no wristband, litterly the only dude doing his job well in my opinion.
