āFirst time here & it was great. The The staff were amazing and the cinema was clean. A couple of suggestions would be to wipe down the leather chairs which smell a bit sweaty and to sell non-alcoholic drinks. Iād still recommend watching a movie here.ā

āFirst time visitor as I stayed in the area. Good location in Raine Sqaure mall up.the escalators. I like the bar area which seats lots of people who can enjoy a snack or drink before the movie. I also like that they have a Platinum Cinema where one can order food and drinks. Staff at the bar are friendly but a bit hopeless when it comes to answering questions beyond asking for a Choc Top. The cinema itself was small but the seats were comfy and reclined which is always good. Overall a good Palace venue.ā

āTickets are fairly priced for the "premium" cinema experience, I wish I could say the same about the snack bar. Honestly even if the popcorn was free I still wouldn't get it, otherwise I'll be in line for up to 15 minutes and miss my movie. Trust me, buy food and drinks at the Coles just down the escalator.ā
