Springvale Live Steamers runs beautifully maintained miniature steam locomotives at Alex Nelson Reserve on the third Sunday of each month, skipping December and January. Entry is by gold coin donation.
Open on the 3rd Sunday of every month except December and January. My only wish was that it was open more often. Run by a group of passionate and friendly volunteers. The track is well maintained and longer than expected! The mini trains are clean. Suitable for adults and children. Nice place to spend before a visit to the Nelson Reserve. Choo Choo!!
