“Went in today and was served by a wonderful lady named Phie. First of all, loved the amazing red and pinkish hair, absolute vibes. Second of all, the customer service was AMAZING. I was a bit nervous going in because I basically had two in app vouchers but didn’t have my actual physical cards to get them added on to, but Phie did that for me and there was no questions asked, just a happy to help attitude and she was the one apologising to me for the system taking some time. When we went to redeem a prize as well, again, she was super helpful and attentive and helped with our questions because we were after a One Piece prize - although I was about disheartened she wasn’t a One piece Fan 💔😔, she made up for it thru her awesomeness!! Thanks so much once again for all your help Phie!!! 😆😆”

“We had an amazing time here! I visited with my daughter and it was pure fun from start to finish. There’s a great variety of games, and everything was clean, bright, and well maintained. My daughter absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. Yes, the prices can feel a bit expensive at first, but during the school holiday deals it really balances out. We paid around $50 and received about $20 extra credit, which made it much better value and meant more playtime without constantly topping up. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was energetic but still family-friendly. It’s a fantastic place to take kids during school holidays or as a special treat. Definitely worth it for the smiles and memories 😊”

“Staff were great! Phie was quick to help with a claw machine which wasn’t allowing me to tap my card. She fixed it and gave us a complimentary play for our troubles. A lot of promotions for extra bonus credit which meant a lot of extra fun was had :)”
