“We had the best time here and amazing customer service. My daughter won a soft toy and then lost it on the way out and the team went above and beyond to get it back to us, including a postcard and photos of the toys adventures to get home. So thoughtful and above and beyond what we expected. Will definitely be coming back. My daughter went to sleep tonight cuddling her toy with a big smile on her face”

“Our son just had his 6th birthday there this morning and he and all his buds had a fab time! Loved playing all the different games on offer and a 1.5hrs of play time wore them all out. Party space was great and we had enough time to set up and decorate before the guests arrived and had no pressure from the TimeZone folks to clean up and leave post party. In fact the two hosts from TimeZone, Kasey and Hayley were exceptional - super friendly, helpful and very patient with all the kids…they checked in periodically to make sure everything was going ok, responded positively to every request we had on the day and took care of the bulk of the clean up too.”
