Easy parking, plenty of change rooms and cafe. Heaps of staff who have always been excellent. credit to the owner/ management..”

“Been going here for years never disappoints! Pools are squeaky clean, with perfect temperatures. Staff are super friendly and always smiling! Shout out to young Ella with blonde hair, as well as the female manager with short curly hair, both are very kind hard working!!”

“Kids enjoyed WaterMarc. Let down was the long wait for the slides. Not enough blow up rings especially when there is a party or two happening and they get to go first. I know if it was my kids party that would be a concern if they didn't get a ride. Suggestion maybe have if possible specific colours for party and public slides. Or even party blow ups and public blow ups separate. Staff are great, and the place was very clean. Didn't buy anything as I've heard it's a bit expensive. The pools were nice and warm but not overly and the air seemed to moved better so you don't get too hot in there just watching. The bigger pool was colder.”

“We organised our daughter's birthday party here and it was a very underwhelming experience from beginning to end. Returning their calls is next to impossible, we'd have to ring up to 6 times for anyone to pick up, the live chats got us nowhere and emails are often not responded to. We ended up confirming multiple times, as their records showed we hadn't - in-house communication seems non existent. Fast forward to the day - when you arrive there is no communication about how everything will run. Despite having guests there a good 15 minutes early (as directed) we were not taken to our host until 5 minutes after party was scheduled to start, where the kids cued for wristbands. We were taken to the party zone, the party room group were still in that zone and apprehensive to leave and staff seemed ill prepared on how to deal with this. On a positive, the slide experience was a great positive, the kids loved it, however, the games in the water were not the ones listed - 2 nets and a ball (no variation). By far, the worst part - the party before us were still in the room 5 minutes before the kids were ushered in. The room was absolutely FILTHY! There was food under the table, table cloths half on and off, poor communication.There was cordial spilt all up one side of the table, which was ignored when pointed out - I ended up folding the tablecloth over. The food is placed on the table (platters, as outlined in their documentation) with small side plates as plates - no tongs, folks etc were given - there was a dirty set of tongs which were eventually replaced. One of the Mum's in our group cleaned the cake knife that was pre-used before us so we could use it. A dismal experience. Very ill prepared. Lack of communication. Filthy party room. For the price they charge, there should be someone of experience assisting on the day, rather than one person who appeared ill trained with parties.”
