“Indoor Beach Volleyball kids school holiday program was fantastic here. Great facilities, clean and spacious, lots of seating and visibility. Unique offering and really affordable kids school holiday program. Rachel was great teaching the kids all the basics in a fun environment. Term coaching for kids available. Plenty of onsite parking but it does get busy later in the day. On hot days it does get very warm in there but there are cool drinks available to purchase and a cafe in the centre. The venue is huge and caters for lots of tastes... indoor beach volleyball, basketball, indoor soccer, swimming, an inflatable play centre (Aeroworld) and Leo's Kingdom Party and Play Centre.”

“This place is Unbelievable Best Sports Complex in Melbourne Excellent Gym with loads of Equipment including a Boxing Area set up. Plenty of Classes There is a Swimming pool here, Amazing Volleyball courts on Sabd, Best Ever, Net ball courts, Basketball Courts, mountain climbing area, Cafe,etc etc etc See Tracey, She is Wonderful and will Really Look after you. “Attended Westgate Indoor Sports in Altona North for a major sporting event recently and overall had a decent experience, with a few areas that could be tightened up. The positives first: it’s a good, versatile venue with plenty of different facilities and options under the one roof. Once you’re inside, it handles sport and activity really well and the general setup works for a range of ages and purposes. As an event space, it can cope with a big crowd and the atmosphere was solid. Where it fell down for me was in the logistics. Parking was very tight on arrival and crowd flow inside definitely struggled once you’re trying to push close to a thousand people through. With a bit more planning around how large events are booked and staged, it could run a lot smoother. I’d also suggest a conversation with the security team – there’s a big difference between keeping order and coming across as pushy, and at times it tipped the wrong way. That said, the core facilities themselves seemed fine and the place clearly has a lot going for it. With some improvements around large-group management and customer handling, this could be an excellent venue. For now, I’d call it a solid 3.5 stars leaning towards 4.”

“This place has been around for a very long time! Great place for large groups, and community sporting functions. We recently attended a church youth community soccer tournament... the courts are large, score boards working order, seating available, canteen had a variety of food, drinks, snacks and cold treats. Toilet facilities. The day we went it was a very hot summer day 30+ degrees, and you felt it on the courts - wish there were large fans. It is a large facility with other classes, gym, fitness and play centre.”
