“We recently celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday at Zone Bowling and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the whole experience was stress-free, fun, and well organised. The staff (Maddie T, Ned & Emily) were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all the kids felt included and excited. They handled everything so smoothly — from organising the games to serving the food — which meant we could actually relax and enjoy the part! Highly Recommended!”

“S loads of fun, plenty of junk food and a really fun arcade if you're into that stuff (which you need gaming pass for). Best book if you want a bowl. Go with your mates. Wear socks. Use the hand sanitiser!”

“Not great. Poorly run and poorly organised. Sri made the effort to talk me out of the two games bowling I had booked and made me feel like I had to rush changing my mind and pay upfront - as guests were arriving. She then took the kids to the arcade before the bowling game was over, and I advised the adults would finish off the game. The game was then ended, incomplete. Cards on arcade games kept glitching. Sri stopped communicating with me around this point and I had to find her in the kitchen to ask if we could use the party room yet. My party started at 11am for 5yo’s and again I had to ask when the food would be served, around 1:30. Food came and it was not announced, the birthday girl was lining up for arcade prizes and missed eating with friends. I then had to ask about cake, and Sri was unwilling or unable to adjust the air con for candles. She still hadn’t initiated any updates or communication with me by this point. It seemed like a real effort for her to be in the room, like we were an inconvenience. She did not bring a knife to cut the cake, lucky I had thought to. She also only brought 4 plates for a party of ten and had to get more. My child blew out the candles and Sri promptly tried to remove the cake. I asked for photos of my child cutting the cake and got an eye roll. It was never explained when the party room was available from and to, and I found it by chance. I was not shown. Before 2pm, the next party was clearly beginning and they came streaming in as we were packing up. All in all a very disappointing party, not to mention the overpriced ‘potato platter’ that was just three little baskets of things. Would not recommend and will not be back.”
