1 / 2Adventure Park Geelong
📍 Wallington, VIC
Victoria's largest water theme park with the Tsunami triple-funnel slide, Thunder Falls 7-storey drop, Tornado ride, lazy river, and Ferris wheel. Most major rides require 110–122cm minimum height.
Our family of 4 had an amazing day! All our kids are over 122 cm (just) so we were able to ride everything. We cam one a weekday in mid December so it was incredible! No lines, everything was open (some rides were shuffled through the day - 30min on 30min off) but we got to do everything. The new Thunder Falls (giant drop) was super fun. My 7 and 9 years olds did it too and they had a ball. Probably my favourite water slide experience! We were there 10-4, and we had a good go of each activity. There were about 1000 school kids on end of year blow outs and they were well behaved and managed. But even with those big numbers everything was super quick. A huge win! Food was very reasonable too, they didnt overcharge for everything. Lockers are easy to use. Great staff and service.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids who clear 110–122cm — they'll unlock nearly every attraction. Weekday visits in early December deliver no lines and full ride access. Younger kids have splash zones available. The Christmas Lights event suits all ages, including toddlers.

“First time and won’t be my last . Don’t bring glass , I booked the tiny tots , benefits is your own space and having a person come by every 15min or so seeing if you want anything from the food place and brining it back . I’ll just pay for a lockers (cheaper ) best to have children over 110cm tall if you want to experience much more as a family but there’s still plenty there to do if there height is under . Oh and if your wanting to try those awesome slides best to have 3 people so you can experience more and also the single drop is no wet suits”

“We visited the Adventure Park Christmas Lights on a Sunday evening and had a really good time. There were so many fun things and rides for kids. My 4 year old daughter had a great time. The lights display were amazing. There was a Santa as well who greeted the kids with big smile. Overall a great experience.”

“was a little bored as i had been to a significantly busier (with things to do) waterpark but it wasn’t too bad. i found it a bit strange how spread out a lot of things were. for example, 4 slides were all together and they were the good ones. the other good once was like 50 metres away and the rest of the park was just blur. the new trapdoor slides were a lot of fun but had a HUGE line. i know it’s obviously not their fault but it’s not very enjoyable to stand around in the heat for 35 minuets while wearing wet bathers. we rented one of the vip cabanas and it was pretty good. it needed more thorough cleaning but it was very nice to have a private place out of the sun. overall i had a good day here and would recommend it to other people. it’s really nice to have these kinds of things in this part of australia as usually we would not have it.”
