“Is a good pool centre, when I first signed up I had asked how to hire out a lane for laps as I didn't want to come and than have to wait, the lady at the front counter was quite rude and had said no youll never have to wait there is always a lane free. I write this as I sit here near the pool, waiting for a lane to be free! Very disappointing Edit - about 80 percent of the time I come here I have to wait for a lane, unless it's very late at night!”

“I was really disappointed with my visit to Aqua Jetty this morning. I witnessed the swim instructor/lifeguard on duty, Sophie, being consistently blunt and dismissive toward a young African father with two little girls, to the point that he ended up leaving due to her blatant disrespect. Watching the way she spoke to him made me really uncomfortable. I went out and spoke to the guy; he was such a lovely man just trying to take his kids swimming. I can’t say for sure what the reason was, but the tone and attitude felt unfair and left me wondering if there was something more behind it. Either way, it didn’t feel right. The facilities are great, but customer service like this completely ruins the experience. I hope the center seriously looks into how staff speak to patrons and ensures everyone is treated with respect.”

“I visit aqua jetty fortnightly with my client. There have been at least 3 incidents where particular reception staff is blunt and rude. I went to sign in/ get my tag scanned and two staff just stood there speaking about their personal lives and completely ignored us. Usually it's just the one staff member that's blunt/ rude (an older female) ..can't blame it on a 'bad day' as it's happened consecutively over 2 months!”
