“Celebrated my daughters 15th birthday at zone bowling with a small group of her friends. The staff really helped make the night special by creating a friendly abd fun atmosphere, helping with all the girls requests and assisting promptly when the bowling lane wasnt working. “We were overcharged then argued with when we asked for it to be fixed, ordered 2 potato platters and only one came out until I said there should be 2. Host was pushy and kept dragging the kids away from their games before their time was up, she tried to cancel the token grab in the box to save time, then their food was ready too early and sat there going cold, she also wanted them to spend their 300 tokens before eating so I said no because food was already siting in the party room, then before the kids finished eating she sent them out to spend their tokens! The whole party was rushed and felt like she was just trying to get rid of us.”
