📍 Forest Hill, VIC
Indoor and outdoor aquatic centre in Forest Hill with a heated family pool sloping 0–1m, swim school, holiday inflatable programs, spa, sauna, steam room, and on-site gym. Toddlers and beginners are well catered for.
My home 🤩 Everything about this pool is incredible! The early morning swims here offer groups of great swimmers who act as a community, helping eachother with technique, entertainment and a bit of banter. The swim school offers a range of levels which tailor towards the swimmers needs and fantastic smiling teachers and the obstacle courses ran are exciting yet challenging. It is always great to walk into this facility and see all the different activities taking place such as the aqua aerobics, water polo training, gym training, swim teaching, squad lessons, volleyball over the flags, which makes the centre feel lively. Love this place and can’t wait to keep coming back for many years to come 🥰
🏆 Family Action Verdict
The heated, shallow family pool makes this the standout choice for babies and toddlers in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The swim school caters to all levels, and holiday inflatables add extra excitement. The 50m pool can get crowded and lane space is sparse during peak lesson times — families seeking lap swimming should check the timetable first.

“Huge pool. Great for recreation as well as learning swimming. Lot of parking space available. Spa, steam and sauna are $13.20 where just the pool access is $8.20. You can buy swim suit and other gear at the reception as well. Cafeteria inside.”

“The family pool is great, heated to warm enough for babies and sloped from nothing to about 1m so kids can Wade and paddle as well as swim. School holidays inflatables are fun for the kids, but on a busy day they get bored waiting in the long line.”

“Been a member for a long time. Only 50m in the area. Sauna - good (about the only thing that is) but will regularly have people dressed in sweat soaked gym clothes in there. Lifeguards are more interested in checking your wrist band than actually watching the pool encase someone drowns. Spa - cold and crowded 50m pool - overcrowded and unsupervised, too many lanes taken up by squad & lessons (they narrow public lanes to fit in more lesson lanes) regularly people who can barley even swim clog up the fast / medium lane and staff don’t do anything. Almost Pointless swimming for exercise here. Hygiene - a joke, cleaning is not up to scratch in change rooms and people from certain backgrounds spit / clear their nose in the showers or sit on their phones in the change room (Staff do zero to fix this issue) since they put in stalls you will have to line up as most take a lot longer than 4 minutes. Management- some try but if you want to be talked to condescendingly by a teenager/ 20 year old with a ‘duty manager’ badge on this is the place.”
