1 / 3BOUNCE Inc Homebush
π Homebush West, NSW
Large indoor trampoline park in Homebush West with 50+ trampolines, basketball and dodgeball courts, a three-tiered cliff jump, X-Park ninja course, and tumble tracks. Birthday parties and toddler access available.
Our kid and our guests were all happy and really enjoyed the birthday party. The party host/guide was very approachable and friendly. it's just a shame I forgot her name. One thing that could be improved, though, is the way another staff member handled the ending of our time. While we still had a few minutes left, she announced in a very loud voice, in front of all the guests, that we needed to leave the area because another birthday party was about to start. She didn't come across as friendly at all, and her expression looked quite angry. Also, food should be served hot, could be improved the pizzas and sandwiches. Aside from that, everything else was a wonderful experience. I even felt that our party host was embarrassed by what happened, as she kindly told me we could still take photos first even if we went a few minutes over. Overall, everything was great except for the rude manner of the lady who came with the checklist and told us to pack up and leave. I Still recommend Bounce to others and will give 5 stars.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for active families with children across a wide age range who want more than open jumping. Staff engagement is a genuine point of difference β parents report being able to relax because staff are down on the floor with the kids. Toddlers have access, and the range of zones keeps older children moving through different challenges.

βBounce Homebush is my new favourite place ! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Thereβs often staff down on the trampolines jumping with the kids, running games like dodgeball, and keeping them entertained. Theyβre very patient with kids, including special / behavioural needs. Which is FANTASTIC for all you tired mums and dads, carers etc. who need a break! Grab something from their extensive menu, or even just a coffee, and you get a chance to actually sit and enjoy it. The kids are soo busy playing, they donβt even remember youβre there! The facilities are also well maintained. Tidy tables and sitting areas, and clean bathrooms. 5 stars across the board.β

βThe kids had an amazing time! They loved everything, especially the trampolines. It's a huge playland for everyone. I totally recommend it. The staff are super friendly and professional, too. And the cafeteria has a good menu.β

βBins near cafe were overflowing for the couple of hours I was there. Rubbish was sitting on a table for condiments. All sauces bottles were empty so no luck if you were hoping to get some tomato sauce with your chips. Bathrooms were dirty, floor was wet, only one toilet was working and the other one was out of order, no paper towels to wipe hands dry. Tables in the cafe werenβt wiped once and were all absolutely filthy. $9 large chips looked rather small. Rubbish on the cafe floor everywhere. Huge cues to get checked in on arrival so we ended up being late to the session we payed for. Parking was full too.. From my perspective this is all a result of poor management. I didnβt see any managers helping on the floor unfortunately. All staff very lovely and working hard to get everything done but very clearly understaffed. Great trampolines, great staff and kids loved it but the hygiene, crowd management, time management need heaps of improvement.β
