“The party host Maryam was INCREDIBLE! The person who welcomed us to Bounce (i think her name was Leni?!) was wonderful! The kids had such a great time! My daughter’s birthday party was at 3.40pm & all of the parents commented on how it was a great time to have a birthday party because there weren’t too many children there and it felt more personal. The facilities were clean, all of the staff were welcoming, professional and polite. We can’t wait to celebrate many more birthdays at Bounce Macgregor. THANK YOU x A MILLION!”

“A very friendly young woman lead our son's birthday party enthusiastically. The kids had a great time. Laser tag was a highlight and the free play zone. Great for a "off-site" birthday function for kids. They had a private room set up for us, provide a fun pair of socks for the kids and then lead them around for various sections/games. Brought our own cake and party bags and that was it. The kid's potato gems and chicken were hot and fresh. Lots of space for parents to chill and order their own drinks/food if needed, AND, the coffee is excellent. Will return in the future for sure. Thanks guys!”

“We went to bounce and overall it was really fun. The trampolines and activities were awesome, and the vibe was exciting. It’s definitely a great place to burn energy and have a good time. However, it was pretty frustrating because there were constant birthday parties happening. We kept getting asked to leave different areas early so party groups could use them. It felt like every time we finally got onto something, we had to get off again. We also waited a long time for a small reward, which didn’t really feel worth the wait. I understand that parties are part of their business, but it would be nice if general customers didn’t have to miss out so often. Maybe clearer scheduling or better separation between party groups and regular visitors would make the experience fairer for everyone. Overall, really fun activities, but the constant interruptions made it less enjoyable than it could have been.”
