“I have to say, this place is amazing the staff are great the food was a great and the facility is great! The manager Illy, was so amazing extremely friendly very helpful with my disability, took time out to come and speak to us and even went onto the trampoline floor and started giving my 11yo children tips and tricks and showing them how to climb the wall after bouncing on the trampoline!! She and the staff went out of their way to help my children and to help me and my carer/best friend. I absolutely recommend bounce morayfield as a fun filled activity with excellent everything! Bounce Inc, please acknowledge Illy as she is an absolute asset to your business!! We are going back again today!!!”

“Loved our visit to Bounce as 2 adults. Thankfully it was quiet with very few kids (obviously being bigger/heavier we aim for potentially kid free time allotments to avoid accidents while still getting to enjoy our time in the venue) All the staff were awesome. 10/10. We didn’t catch any names but interacted with no less than 4 of them and they were all super inviting, interactive and helpful towards us. We had a really great experience and look forward to coming back.”

“The staff are wonderful with my daughter. I am very impressed with the young team members and there ability to be with the children, be interactive yet ensuring rules are followed.
