Customer service from the young female staff members was great. Bright & bubbly! How customer service should be so 10/10! The young female staff member with the blue hair was amazing. She noticed that I was struggling to help my son down from the ninja wall (he is scared of heights) and came over and assisted. She gave my son the confidence to come down & reassured him that she was right there to catch him if needed. Thank you! I also noticed that she interacts with all the kids and has a playful spirit. Great for this establishment!

“The crew is phenomenal here! We’ve visited many times enjoying the 4pm-7pm sessions and the crew just goes above and beyond for my littles. Today when we visited, we were the only ones there, and boy you wouldn’t have even known. The staff put on the best experience for them, jumping in on the flips and tricks, screaming the lyrics of the kids favourite songs. What a vibe. Thankyou 🥹”

“Amazing! Clean, organised and well run. The space is massive, the team especially on the climbing wall were organised and efficient as well as encouraging for the nervous climbers. It was that good we were planning our next t visit before we’d left the building!”

“Kids LOVED it! Clean toilets, staff were polite and accommodating and seemed happy to be at work. We will be back! Fair prices too, I'm not quite 'middle income' atm and it was comfortably affordable!”
