“It’s a fun place it has a wave pool which most swimming pools don’t and the life Guards are always on the look out plus it has a gym and a jacuzzi with a Sauna room next to it. It has a kids pool and a small slide which is safe and they have many lanes to swim in like a play zone, slow, medium, and fast lane that you can swim in and their swimming lessons are absolutely amazing.”

“I was a member for over a year. The overall environment is okay, but there are some serious issues. The locker hinges in the changing rooms are rusty, and the rust stained my T-shirts and damaged my clothes, which is not acceptable. The gym also ran a survey asking members which machines they wanted, saying they would upgrade the equipment. In the end, they did the exact opposite of what members asked for. There were already plenty of cardio machines, yet even more cardio equipment was added, while strength and weight training equipment was largely ignored. Because of this, I decided to cancel my long-term membership. I expected better planning and for member feedback to be taken seriously.”

“Due to a worse experience last time ( my son's foot bruised coz of very rough surface, there was NO first aid box/ arrangment at the facility, a lifeguard took so long to find just one plaster ) at the wave pool I had to keep a close eye on my kids this time we visited this week. Kids had a better , fun time at the wave pool this time.”

“The gym’s toilet facilities are consistently unhygienic and frequently emit a strong odour of urine, indicating inadequate cleaning and maintenance. In addition, duty personnel routinely spend extended periods engaging in casual conversation with colleagues and select patrons (females as noted) rather than actively monitoring the facility. This lack of attentiveness detracts from their core responsibility to ensure the safety, welfare, and overall experience of all patrons.”
