Cloverton Estate Playground
đ Kalkallo, VIC
Fully fenced estate playground in Kalkallo featuring water play, misting systems, Aboriginal culture and history-themed equipment, and open grassy surrounds. A unique stop in Melbourne's northern growth corridor.
Really cute little park all fenced in. We came on a hot day and it was perfect with no crowds. There is some water play and mist which blows over the playgrounds. The equipment is educational about aboriginal culture and history. Pretty unique and interesting little playground worth a visit. Highly recommended!
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 2-8 who want a genuinely different play experience. The cultural education angle gives parents and kids conversation starters beyond standard play. The misting system makes summer visits workable.

Overview
Cloverton Estate Playground stands out from standard estate parks through its Aboriginal cultural and historical education theme woven into the equipment design. Water play features and a misting system make hot-day visits practical. The fully fenced perimeter keeps young children contained. Low visitor numbers keep it uncrowded even on warm days, and the surrounding new community infrastructure means clean, well-maintained facilities.
