Have been coming here this month due to their current promotion. My first impression was the some of the areas are outdated, not operating or taped down. Some areas had built up dust, especially in the younger kids play area. I’m not sure what the regulations are regarding cleaning but it’s not the cleanest, I believe. I have been going with a two year old so it’s been mostly fine as he mostly jumps or used the slide. I wouldn’t pay full price to attend here due to the dated & not operating items.

This place seems suitable for kids, but safety concerns are evident. Parents often leave their children unattended once inside, and kids start engaging in adventurous activities that block the slide area for others. There are no clear rules or active management; crocs staff remain behind the counters without intervening when kids play recklessly. Additionally, some people walk with shoes in the kids' play area, and no one is there to stop them. Overall, it feels like a chaotic environment despite having good facilities for children.

I don’t usually rush to leave negative reviews, but after attempting multiple times to communicate with the staff and receiving no apology or response, I feel the need to share my experience. I booked a party here costing around $450 and initially spoke with Courtnie, who was sweet and professional over the phone. Unfortunately, on the day of the party she was off. Instead, I was met by three female staff members and one very rude male staff member (Brodie ). I’m not sure what went wrong or what I did to deserve such cold treatment, but for the entire 5 hours we were there, not one staff member smiled. Their attitude made my guests, the children, and myself feel extremely uncomfortable. When the food was served, the staff’s attitude was honestly disgusting. Even while cutting the cake there were no smiles or warmth at all. Whenever I requested the jug to be refilled and topped up (with ice I had purchased and confirmed was okay to bring with Courtnie), I was met with nothing more than a silent nod. Halfway through the party, I messaged Courtnie explaining that I felt embarrassed and overwhelmed by how we were being treated. I didn’t receive a response, but shortly after, one of the female staff members (blonde) suddenly became more respectful, responded to me, and at least attempted to smile. I messaged Courtnie again as we were leaving to say that while things were organised, I hated the way we were treated and felt sad that a room full of 5-year-old children were met with such coldness. To this day, I have never received an apology or even an acknowledgment. Organisation alone does not make a good experience. Customer service, warmth, and basic kindness to especially at a children’s party are just as important.
