“Most of the theatres have a stinking smell. Probably mould. I will not go there again. Management should take action on such unhygienic places.”

“Cinema 8 was stinking so bad I actually felt sick during the whole movie. The seats were old and dusty and the cup holders could barely hold the drink. The one star is for the popcorn which was surprisingly delicious”

“The movie was great, but the cinema itself felt neglected. Bathrooms were dirty with broken locks, and we only saw two staff members in the entire venue—apparently no cleaners on site. The cinema was already filthy before the movie started. There also appeared to be no real manager on site. The staff member working had to search for someone with RSA approval (usually a manager), which took a long time because no one was available. Cinema 5 (and seemingly others) smelled strongly of urine, and the odor was everywhere, making the experience very unpleasant. The only clean areas were reception and the hallway. The seats were old, squeaky, and very uncomfortable. Overall, it doesn’t feel like an Event Cinemas venue at all.”
