“Fantastic Gold Class cinema on Lvl 4 in Westfield Parramatta veey easy to grab your tickets There is plenty of seating in the are were the bar is located and very easy to order your food and drinks as The service is very friendly This place is very assessable plenty of parking and there is a traffic staion and bus stop right outside Westfield”

“I am writing this to give a feedback about a staff member named Sarah who treated me and my baby very poorly at Event cinema parramatta. My baby had a little food and did not want to throw it away he simply wanted to take it with him. Instead of speaking kindly or offering help, Sarah was rude, and unkind, she was forcing to either eat it or throw but my baby started crying as he could not eat that fast as our movie already started and neither he wanted to throw it. When I told her to give us some time she was continuously steering at us and trying to know what we do with the food which made the situation very stressful and upsetting and uncomfortable for me as a parent. My baby cried and even our movie was missed for 20 mins…. We were treated as if we were doing something wrong when we were not. This completely ruined our movie experience and made us feel unwelcome in what should be a family-friendly environment. I expect Event Cinemas staff to treat customers, especially parents with young children, with respect and compassion. My child was not doing anything wrong. We were made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome, which is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a parent and a baby. I was very frustrated as she spoiled our precious family time. I am feeling like I will never go to event cinema..”

“I recently visited Event Cinemas Parramatta and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. From the moment we entered the cinema, the cleanliness was disappointing. The seats were noticeably sticky, which made it uncomfortable to sit back and enjoy the movie. It felt as though the theatre had not been properly cleaned between sessions, and it really took away from what should have been a relaxing outing. To make matters worse, the popcorn I ordered was stale. For something as simple and iconic as movie popcorn — and at the price charged — you would expect it to be fresh. I returned to the counter and informed the attendant, who did replace it. However, the replacement was even more stale than the one before. It felt like quality control was lacking overall.”
