“Came here for a birthday party. There were so many other parties happening, which then the staff used our party table to view another party's birthday cake, those guests started taking plates etc off our table. It feels insecure to leave your belongings there without supervision. Staff also rush to clear the table. Everyone had to chaotically help packing up and leaving the space. The common area also don't have enough sitting space. The set up isn't great, cleanliness isn't great either. Kids did have fun though.”

“staff were nice but the centre could do with limiting the amount of people that can jump in one session. place was extremely crowded, it’s hard to jump without being worried your gonna bowl someone over. i got an acl injury and the worker supervising the area saw that i was having trouble walking/getting up and didn’t bother to check on things. i also work customer service so i feel bad leaving this review but some things to work on here”

“This isn’t the first time I’ve found the toilets in a terrible state at this family facility. For the sake of children’s health and safety, please invest in maintaining your only toilet in the boys’ section. There are easily over 100 kids playing here, so the business is clearly doing well — but the condition of the toilets is unacceptable and needs urgent attention.”
