“We held our 6 year olds party here (with kids aged between 3-9), and we couldn’t be happier! Our host, Freddie, was fantastic and the kids all loved him. Staff were very accommodating with a last minute request to change a meal for a child with dietary requirements. The party room was clean and had plenty of room for parents to come & sit and the party bags were a big hit with all the kids as well. Can highly recommend if you are looking for a stress free party! 🥳”

“The party as a whole was incredibly well run. The staff were kind and efficient and kept 15 kids (ages 3-7) completely entertained. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. It felt as though the team actually wanted to be there. Our 5 year old says it’s the best day ever. Would highly recommend a bounce party to everyone!”

“We recently hosted our sons’ birthday party at Bounce Blackburn and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. We paid close to $1,000 for a fully hosted party experience. The host assigned to us did not actively manage or engage the children, was not present during food time, and did not organise the group before cake cutting. There was very little communication or leadership throughout the event. At multiple points, I had to step in and manage the children myself because the host simply stood aside. This completely defeated the purpose of booking a hosted party. During the event, I raised my concerns and requested a more engaging host. No action was taken and the same host continued. For the price charged, the service provided did not reflect a premium party experience. Very disappointing.”
