I found this place to be very well run, it was clean and tidy with plenty of staff around if needed. While i was only standing in watching my kids play, they had a blast. There is an interactive screen that has games where you have to bounce through different obstacles and levels, there is also a climbing section with 5 or 6 different climbing walls to choose from. All round a good spot to let the kids wear themselves out.

Strongest choice for families with a mix of ages wanting active variety in one session. The junior arena keeps younger children separated from the main zone, and climbing staff have received specific praise for patience with children who need extra encouragement.

“We had an amazing time at Flip Out Frenchs Forest! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the venue was clean and well organised, and the kids absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere and perfect for parties or a fun day out. Highly recommend! My niece really happy 😊 . We will be next visit soon .”

“Loved coming here! Staff were all so lovely and accommodating. Such a variety of equipment both for younger and older kids. Cafe had such a large range of food. Venue was also super clean. Would definitely recommend coming here. Keen to go back!!”

“Had my son's party here this week. The party itself was excellent. Food, venue, our party host (Poppy), party rooms - all fantastic. Everyone was so impressed and the kids had a ball - thankfully! It helped that there were no other parties that day and we had the entire party floor to ourselves! However communication in the lead up was terrible, in fact zero. I understand they have just recently opened but wow - if you want to have a party here, you need to keep on top of communication. I made every phone call to confirm details and also wrote many unanswered emails. I would also strongly advise to physically go there the day before with a list of names and check off the waivers. Despite our 23 guests having completed the waivers ahead of time, they were made to stand in a line for 20 minutes instead of heading straight up to the party (even though I had physically printed a list of all guests for the staff, plus emailed through the names the day prior) This meant a decent number of children missed the first quarter of the party despite being on time! We chose the "Awesome Party" at $40 per head and spent over $1000 so expected more. Communication is very problematic at this venue and it is a real shame that I have to write this review.”
